Pilates Class Schedule

Here are the details for our current classes, for prices and further information please refer to the Pilates and Sessions sections of the site. All classes are held at the studio and numbers are limited to six per class to ensure specific attention to each client. Before attending any of the classes each participant must have a 1:1 assessment using the Real TIme Ultrasound scanner to ensure correct core contraction.

Monday :

No Classes

Tuesday :

10.30am Ladies Class - general Pilates class for ladies of all levels

5pm Antenatal Pilates - Pilates for pregnancy, a small group class of specific exercises to strengthen and support the body antenatally, taught by a specialist Women's health physiotherapist.

6pm Beginner/Intermediate Pilates - suitable for all levels

7pm Post Natal Pilates - get your core and pelvic floor back into shape after giving birth, strengthen and tone with safe appropriate exercises taught by a specialist Women's Health physiotherapist.

Wednesday :

1.30pm Pilates for over 70s

6pm Rehab Pilates (Beginner Pilates) - suitable for clients who have a specific injury or area of concern and for clients new to Pilates.

7pm Pilates For Sport - as official physio for the Brighton Marathon and as we deal wih many sports men and women we are now providing a class to address the core stability issues that lead to some of the most common sports injuries.

Thursday :

9.30pm Absolute beginners - Pilates for all beginners with or without injury, the focus is on the attention to the basics of core stability and posture.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday: No Classes
