Pilates for sport NEW CLASS

As the official physio of the Brighton Marathon we treat many runners and sports people who would greatly benefit from core stability work. We have put together a Pilates Class to focus specifically to compliment the needs of the sporty client. It focuses on pelvic / hip stability and improving core control during lower limb exercises. We also include exercises to improve recruitment of key muscle groups and flexibililty work for those muscles that tend to become tight and overused during sport.
If you are struggling with an ongoing injury or if you just want to make your body more efficient for sport, come and join our class led by an expert physiotherapist and improve your core stability.
